A Hong Kong style restaurant was established in Sydney, Australia in 2017, selling street food, signature milk tea and lemon tea. It promotes Hong Kong’s cuisine culture and has became a cure for customers’ homesickness.

HK EMPRESS TEA 茶后 

was launched as a high quality and exclusive drip tea product in August 2021 during the pandemic. We are the first and only company to introduce this innovative dripping tea product in Australia.

The most attractive point is one tea bag can make two drinks (both hot milk tea and hot lemon tea) within minutes without any annoying process. A cup of authentic hot milk tea can be made at home by simply adding hot water, evaporated milk and sugar. After brewing the milk tea, you can reuse the used tea bag with the addition of hot water and lemon slices to make another cup of authentic hot lemon tea. 


Iced lemon drip tea bag was introduced in Dec 2021. Hong Kong's iconic lemon tea makes everyone fall in love with it. You could enjoy a cup of signature Iced lemon tea at home by simply adding hot water and cold water to drip, followed by adding ice cube and fresh lemon slices.
